The hotel's greatest asset has to be its staff, who were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The grounds and decor are delightful, making it a lovely place to stay. However, there were some hiccups with room readiness and training of the wait staff that could use improvement. Overall, it offers good value for the service and amenities provided.

I had a fantastic stay at the resort with exceptional service from the moment I arrived. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made my experience very enjoyable. On the downside, the dining options left much to be desired, and some facilities showed signs of wear and tear.
